Goodie Bags Part 1

Howdy Make It Monday!

Hope everyone had a great weekend! So, today I am going to share what I have been making to give out when I meet various people who seem interested in crafts and/or essential oils. When I have gone to scrapbook retreats I have given out some goodie bags with my Young Living business card along with a couple of samples of the essential oils. I’ve decided since that giving out these goodie bags could not only bring me more viewers here on my blog; but also bring me potential downlines and/or customers for the essential oils. Let’s get started with Goodie Bags Part 1…

I purchased the clear bags from Target in their party area for about $1.00. The candy I picked up is also from Target. I just used cardstock I had on hand, don’t remember where I purchased it.

Step #1:

For this go around of goodie bags I have decided to use Thanksgiving color cardstock. When I do my next set I’ll do Christmas colors. The first things I did was find a tag out of the many to choose from in Cricut Design. Then I put my cardstock on my mat, which as you can see if a maroon/purplish color.

So I wasn’t having my machine cut one at a time, I selected my one finished tag and then click duplicated until I had about 20 total.

Step #4:

Goodie Bags Part 1 -- Visit CraftyJBird.com for more info...With the clear goodie bags, I put one piece each of the Kit-Kat Minis, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups Minis, and Mini Snickers. I then added two samples of my Young Living Essential Oils. One sample is Peppermint and the other is Thieves. Some of the goodie bags I have samples of Lemon and Lavender Essential Oils in each one. For the second part of this project be sure to come back for “Write It Wednesday.” You’ll gonna love it!
