Howdy Oily Thursday!!

It’s almost Friday which means this week we are one day closer to Christmas!! Ready or not it’s coming! For those traveling already, safe travels! Alright so Monday I showed how t make some Beach Ornaments, today I’m going to make some bath salt oily ornaments for relaxing; which I’m sure we will all need once everything is all said and done for this Christmas season. Let’s get started…

Oily Ornaments

Things Needed:

  • Empty round ornaments
  • Epsom Salt
  • Young Living Essential Oils
  • Measuring cup
  • Scale
  • Spoon

Step # 1:

Oily Ornaments -- Visit CraftyJBird.com for more info... Using a measuring cup and scale, I filled each ornament up with 5 ounces of Epsom Salt. As you can see I keep my Epsom Salt in a jar, it’s so it looks more decorative since we have see-through cabinets here at my parents house.

Step #2:

Oily Ornaments -- Visit CraftyJBird.com for more info... Next, I picked out my Young Living Essential Oil. For these ornaments I used Panaway for all those aches and pains my crutches and exercises have been giving me. Unfortunately, I won’t actually be able to use this til probably next week but I will probably give it someone on Christmas. White Elephant anyone? ?

Vera Bradley Designs, Inc.Step #3:

Oily Ornaments -- Visit CraftyJBird.com for more info... There you go. A cute but efficient Christmas gift! This can also be put in a cute jar for any other occasion. Once my Panaway drops were in, I added about 10 total, I put the top on and then gave it a good shake to mix the Panaway up well.
