Hello Oily Thursday!!
One more day and we are home free for the weekend!! For those in the path of Hurricane Matthew, stay safe! So, today I wanted to share an awesome device I just got in on Monday. I’m super excited about this and hope to boost my oily business with it. The device is an “oily scanner” named “iTOVi.”
Let’s get started…
Oily Scanner
What is the Oily Scan “iTOVi”?:
According to iTOVi’s website, this oily scanner is “a pocket-sized tool [that] will help you understand what products your body wants [by] [u]sing proven scientific technology and a patented algorithm.” It “takes the guesswork out of the growing world of essential oils and supplements.”
How It Works:
Unlike the other scanner I have had done before; this oily scanner has an app that is download to mobile devices such as an iPhone 6 Plus (what I have). Then the client simply hold the device in their hand and let’s it do its thing. It is completely safe for all ages including pregnant and “people with heart issues.”
While the oily scanner is doing its thing, you get to watch a short video explaining what it is doing. The oily scanner is “the only wellness tool currently interpreting over 270 biopoints across the body. This extensive body composition analysis allows the iTOVi scanner to understand your body’s data more completely.”
Breakdown of the Technology Used:
Electrical Frequency
All living and non-living things have a “unique energy signature that vibrates at certain frequencies.” This frequency is an oscillation, where it’s based on “the number of times a wave repeats itself within a second.” Using the electrodes, a “measurable response from the body” is made using “these frequencies [that] are sent to the body.”
Bioimpedance
A total of 273 biopoints are scanned as “small electrical currents [are] passe[d] through the skin to measure the skins resistance.” “Each biopoint and supplement has a natural energy frequency, which is easily recognized by the body.”
The body’s response
As explained above, this bioimpedance “relies on the body’s autonomic nervous system in order to elicit reactions.” Though there are several ways to measure such as body temperature, blood pressure, etc.; this “particular way […] measure[s] the reaction [as] the tissue […] become[s] more or less resistant to electrical current flow.”
Algorithm
Like with most electronic devices, this devices also uses what is called and algorithm, which “is simply a set of mathematical equations.” This algorithm is ran multiple times while determining a “body’s true response.”
