Study Roller

Hope everyone has a great day today! This week has felt like it has inched by but yet I feel like I have gotten nothing finished. I guess everyone has an ‘off’ week every so often huh? Anyways, today I wanted to share my new study blend I used to study for my big test I had several weeks ago. Let’s get started with “Study Roller….”

Things Used:

Study Roller -- Visit CraftyJBird.com for more info...

  • Ortho Ease Massage Oil by Young Living
  • Young Living Essential Oils
  • Roller Bottles

I wish I would have made this blend sooner! When I use it, I really get things taken care of and remember what I studied! Of course, I didn’t get essential oils used in this blend until the sale Young Living had weeks leading up to Christmas. One of them was actually FREE because Young Living is just awesome like that! Not sure where to purchase roller bottles? Click on the link for the ones I get off Amazon.com.

Step #1:

Study Roller -- Visit CraftyJBird.com for more info... I started off with adding Young Living’s Believe Essential Oil into my roller. According to Young Living’s website, “Believe™ contains Idaho Blue Spruce, Idaho Balsam Fir, Frankincense, and other essential oils that may encourage feelings of strength and faith when used aromatically.” I added abut 10-15 drops to my roller.

Step #2:

Study Roller -- Visit CraftyJBird.com for more info... Next, I added about 15-20 drops of Clarity Essential Oil to my roller bottle. Based on Young Living’s website, “Clarity™ blends Basil, Rosemary, Peppermint, and other essential oils for an aroma that invites a sense of clarity and alertness.” Truly wish I had this blend when I was still in school, it has helped so much.

Step #3:

Study Roller -- Visit CraftyJBird.com for more info... Finally, I added roughly 10 drops of Young Living’s Motivation Essential Oil. This one has really helped me keep me going when I just don’t feel like doing much of anything especially studying or walking on the treadmill. According to their website, “the powerful scent of Motivation™ may promote feelings of action and accomplishment when diffused.”

Step #4:

Study Roller -- Visit CraftyJBird.com for more info... Finally, I filled the rest of my roller bottle with my Young Living Ortho Ease Massage Oil.

Study Roller -- Visit CraftyJBird.com for more info... There you go! My “Study Roller” blend!! Just like all roller bottles, super easy to make and works great, at least for me. Some day, I managed to not only apply the roller but also use this blend in my Aria Diffuser. It smells too great not to diffuse it!
