Hello Random Tuesday!

Okay so I’m really not a purse type person. I have a few designer purses I carry every so often, and sometimes everyday these days; but when I was in school I absolutely LOVED my Vera Bradley bags! The best thing about them is they hold up so well no matter what. I thought for today’s post I would show just how much these bags have held out over the years. 38 years and more…

Happy Write It Wednesday!

We’ve finally made it to the middle of the week!

Just a little more than 38 years ago my parents meet each other at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana. If I remember right, my mom was a Home Economics Major at the time trying to graduate before her dad passed away. Unfortunately, he passed before graduating. She did graduate but then she also graduated in Special Education; where eventually she became a 5th Special Ed teacher at the school I also attending for Elementary and Middle school. Good-Bye Charlie Horses…

Happy Oily Thursday!!

Do you suffer from Charlie Horses?  Have you tried bananas after banana or as some suggest pickle juice but nothing still seems to work?  I’ve suffered from Charlie Horses most of my life now.  Though I’ve gotten my levels tested and everything comes back fine.  Over the years, I’ve just learned to deal with the excruciating pain I go through every time I get one at night, just sitting watching TV, or driving down the road.
