WOW!
So, I was going to start a series today about the Young Living Start Kits, however; I decided I had to share this, so my series will start next Thursday. Anyways, why do I say WOW you ask? Well, you will not believe this; as I almost don’t believe it myself. One of the main reason I do believe is that I’ve been using essential oils for so long now, I know how much they work. Let’s get started with “What Scars?…”
**Before continuing please be aware I do have actual pictures of my scars but they are up close so you don’t see anything but the scars….**
I say not so unfortunately because I ended up having to have the surgery again and my doctor went through my scars from last year. Here’s the kicker, if I happen for whatever reason have to have surgery yet again come later this year (fingers crossed that won’t happen), he won’t be able to go through the same scars. Why? — you ask? Most likely the rate I’m going he won’t be able to tell where he went in, so yes, “What Scars?”
That’s how great this stuff is!! Crazy, but AWESOME!! Let’s get started and I’ll tell you what I’m using because you’re gonna want some of this!
Things Used:
- Lavender
- Frankincense
- Patchouli
- Vitamin E
- Roll-on
- Rose Ointment
What Scars?:
This is what I’m naming my roll-on now. What scars? For this roll-on, I used about 10-15 drops each of Lavender Essential Oil, Frankincense Essential Oil, and Patchouli Essential Oil. To top it off I used some Vitamin E oil. I started using this combination on December 16, 2016. So, I have been using it for less than a month and I will continue to use it. Above is a picture of what my scars looked like on the day I started using the combination.
Rose Ointment:
Ahhh, the rose ointment. I don’t remember who it was but someone from one of the oily groups I’m in recommended the rose ointment as it helped her son tremendously when he had 2nd-degree burns and skin grafts. It apparently helped so much no one even can even tell what happened.
I just got my rose ointment in a week from yesterday, December 28th, and I am amazed at what it with my roll-on it has accomplished!
According to Young Living’s website on rose ointment, it is “a deeply nourishing blend for dry skin. Rose essential oil improves skin texture, while Tea Tree (Melaleuca Alternifolia) and Rosewood work to soothe rough, irritated skin.”
The ingredients included, again based on their website:
Mink Oil, Lecithin, Beeswax, Lanolin, Sesamum Indicum (Sesame) Seed Oil, Triticum Vulgare (Wheat) Germ Oil, Cymbopogon Martini (Palmarosa) Oil, Pogostemon Cablin (Patchouli) Oil, Coriandrum Sativum (Coriander) Seed Oil, Commiphora Myrrha (Myrrh) Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Furanocoumarin-free Bergamot) Peel Oil, Daucus Carota Sativa (Carrot Seed) Oil, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Rosa Canina (Rose Hip) Seed Oil, Cananga Odorata (Ylang Ylang) Flower Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens (Geranium) Flower Oil, Rosa Damascena (Rose) Flower Oil

Bonus:
Haven’t had any surgeries but get paper cuts easily, or have a couple of cuts from a metal trash can when trying to throw your food away when you’re in a hurry to get to PT? (true story). No worries, works on them, too! Last week I got two cuts on my fingers and they are basically already gone. I’m pretty sure I won’t have anything showing it happened.
