Daily EO Routine These Days

Hello Oily Thursday!

We’ve almost made it to the weekend! Hope everyone is having a great week so far. Only one more day and we are home free once again. Today I wanted to tell you what my Daily EO Routine These Days has been. With it being that time of year again with a messed up nose and all, I’ve had to change up some things. Let’s get started…

Oily Scanner -- Visit CraftyJBird.com for more infoLast week I introduced my “Oily Scanner” and what it said my body needed. So since then, I have been slowly introducing my body to the ones I already had in-stock. Along with those recommended, I also started taking a supplement that’s been on back-order and I finally got in the mail.

Mornings:

I also at this time, use my Study/Concentration Roller on my wrists and feet to help get me started for the day.

I’ve mentioned how I always drink at least 8 ounces of water with my Lemon Vitality Essential Oil in it before drinking anything else. I’ve also mentioned how I drink my shot Ningxia Red along with my MindWise, Slique, and Octea every morning. Last week I mentioned I had to find my extra box of Ningxia Nitro and I have finally found it so I have added that back into my routine.

In addition, I take two BLM capsules and two Sulfurzyme capsules along with an Inner Defense capsule. These items I have been taking for a while now and feel great, though my nose is still giving me a few issues.

EndoFlex Essential Oil can help with boosting metabolism as well as hair, skin, nails, and energy. Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil can help the immune system. Both of these can be diffuse if preferred.

I finally got my Slique Caps in the mail last week and have been taking those in conjunction with my drops I put in my NingXia shot. Each pack has a total of four capsules. It says to take two before breakfast and two before 3 o’clock. I have forgotten a few times and don’t take it til later when I finally think about it. I’ve decided I need to set an alarm on my phone to remind me.

Lunch:

Daily EO Routine These Days -- Visit CraftyJBird.com for more info.. Around lunchtime, as part of my Daily EO Routine These Days, I take another one of my “Seasonal Issues” and “Extreme Owie” capsules. Depending on how I feel, I roll on some more of my Study/Concentration Potion. As mentioned above, the last two capsules of the Slique Caps should be taken before 3 o’clock; so when I remember I taken them after eating lunch.

Bedtime:

Daily EO Routine These Days -- Visit CraftyJBird.com for more info..Each night I start off with again using my Art® Skin Care System and then once I get into bed I roll my “Great Night Sleep Potion” on my wrists and feet. In my diffuser I’ve been adding my usual — Lavender EO, RC EO, Cedarwood EO, Thieves EO, Valor EO, Lemon EO. Additionally, since scanning myself with my new iTovi, I now add my Eucalyptus Blue EO and Raven EO.

Once my diffuser is on and I’ve got my “Great Night Sleep Potion” on, I use my Breathe Again Roll-on around my nose and with my finger dab a little of my Deep Relief Roll-on the tip of my nose too. I’ve got something going on with my nose right now that just won’t go away and adding the Deep Relief really helps since it hurts really badly.

Night CapsulesI then take two capsules each of my “Seasonal Issues,” “Extreme Owie,” BLM, and Sulfurzyme capsules; as well as, using my Helichrysum EO on various spots on my arms and hands <– basically where my Grace has decided to bit me when she’s not getting attention. ?

There you go, my Daily EO Routine These Days. Once I get my nose ‘fixed,’ I’ll probably cut back on how many “Seasonal Issues” capsules I take a day.
