Oh, Oily Thursday!
Whew! Yesterday was a super, super long day! Took my test, had a pizza and went to go see Beauty and the Beast at Studio Grill! As soon as we get back to the house today, I am sleeping for as long as I can – which, unfortunately, probably won’t be that long. Anyways, today I have my “Nail Growth Serum” that has really helped my nails more than anything else I have tried. Let’s get started…
Things Used:
- Young Living Essential Oils
- Vitamin E Oil
- Fractionated Coconut Oil
- Empty Nail Polish Bottles
Step #1:
First, I purchased the empty nail polish bottles off Amazon.com. They were super cheap as they came in a pack of 5.
Step #2:
Next, after researching which Young Living essential oils helped with nail growth, I came to the conclusion I would try the following:
- Elemi Young Living Essential Oil
- Lemon Young Living Essential Oil
- Frankincense Young Living Essential Oil
- Idaho Balsam Fir Young Living Essential Oil
- Wintergreen Young Living Essential Oil
I added five drops of each Young Living Essential Oil and then added one pump worth of my Fractionated Coconut Oil while topping it off with Vitamin E Oil.
Step #3:
I originally made the serum back in November when I made my Eyebrow Growth Serum. Before going to bed that night, I applied the serum to each of my nails and then took the pictures. Since it’s been a while, my nails have broken over time because of this or that but I finally have nails. Above are the pictures I took in November.
Step #4:
Since November I have applied the serum every morning and every night. Above is a picture I took Saturday which was just as well since one of my nails have since broken do to packing for my trip.
